Goals for the Year:

- 2016 marks ten years since I created my superhero story, "Genesis". This is the year I give it to the public. The first novel will be available for the world to read.
- This is the year I will secure a full time teaching position.
- I will work with my Dad and my wife on our country home in Virginia.
- I will cut my student loan debt in half.
- I will write everyday.

Goals for the Month:

- I will prepare for a great spring semester at PGCC. I don't always prepare well and it shows in the first couple of weeks of school.
- I will finish writing the pilot episode script for "Independence"
- I will launch a book tour for "The Death of Cliff Huxtable"
- I will update "Passage Home" and republish using Bookwright.
- Organize my blog sites for best productivity
- Design the Diva Blue Photography website

Three Goals (Week 1):

1. Finish first draft of Independence.
2. Go to the gym at least three times.
3. I will develop my blogging calendar.
4. Photograph at least two DC State Streets for #USDC (http://usdc.teresadowellvest.com/)

Three Achievements (Week 1):

1. Launched the 52 Week Cyber Journal
2. Brought in the New Year with my lovely wife!
3. Finished, folded and stored the laundry. (Seriously, that's an achievement!)

Three Areas of Improvement (Week 1):

1. I procrastinate to a detriment.
2. I need to demonstrate more patience with others.
3. Be more mindful of my spending.

Goals for the Year:

- I would like to build out AGG to have a paid membership component where I deliver a internet based coaching program helping people write to discover themselves, the world around them and most of all their writing voice.
- I would like to publish at least three more eBooks under the LifeBites series and monetize them.
- Create a tee-shirt series of 25 Promises
- Lunch CitiNOOKS as a travel booking and inspiration system.

Goals for the Month:

By the end of January
1. Complete the writing questions
2. Start the buildout for the website
3. Complete website setup for the CitiNOOKS search engine

Three Goals (Week 1):

1. At least 5 paragraphs for the next LifeBites book.
2. 3 tee shirts
3. 15 more sets of questions for the AGG buildout.

Three Achievements (Week 1):

1. I published an eBOOK
2. I committed to daily meditation to clear my mind's clutter to allow free flowing creativity.
3. I stomped negative self talk and celebrated my bad-ass-ness

Three Areas of Improvement (Week 1):

1. I have a tendency to procrastinate. Im working on just tackling my tasks
2. When I do focus in, I ignore other stuff happening in my life. My challenge is to have balance.
3. I have a tendency to allow myself to become over emotionally involved with current events.. I am stopping this. It robs me of joy!

- save

- volunteer more
- live more healthier

Goals for the Month:

- walk 3 or more times a week
- join a club
- be more vigilant and diligent at work every day
- seize the day
- eat out less
- bring lunch in to work

Three Goals (Week 1):

1. Make it to the next day
2. Exercise more
3. Eat healthy - less junk food

Three Achievements (Week 1):

1. Bringing joy to someone who was in need by providing food
2. Made it thru 2015 with a job...still
3. Know more now than I did when I first started, learning everyday

Three Areas of Improvement (Week 1):

1. Better at networking/using LinkedIn to maximize my potential
2. Education -- take a class or something during down or idle times, a course to self-improve
3. overall patience needs to improve
